SAR FLAGGING PROCEDURE (PDF)Standard
Operating Procedure covering the use of flagging tape and light
sticks for marking routes and clues during SAR operations. Use of
a standard procedure assures consistency and efficiency during
multi-agency searches. (This is the procedure currently utilized
by the Howard County Fire & Rescue Special Operations Team and
