General Meeting Minutes
April 8, 2006

Attendance: 20

The group reviewed the working copy of the MSAR ByLaws and made several changes in the wording. The revised copy will be posted on the website and notice will be given on the members area of the website. It is recommended that each member print a copy of the ByLaws for their own review.
Membership was shown a BC Sheriff Deputy patch and agreed that the MSAR patch could model it. Dorene is working on designing the patch.
Larry has completed the Bureau County Section map and Squad leaders have been found for each section.
East Section - Brian Boers
Center Section - Roger Alt
West Section - The Straders
We will get their contact info to share with the group.
Alternative meeting places were discussed. Some alternatives included:
The Old Girl Scout Camp off highway 6 east of Princeton
The Park North of Ohio
Wyanet Canal Area
The May 13th meeting will be held at the Courthouse in Princeton. An additional meeting (ride) is being planned for the last part of May. When the specifics are known, a mailing will be sent to membership with place and date. It was decided that, if members choose, they can plan to attend either or both meetings. All members are invited to the ride whether or not they bring a horse.
The June meeting will be held at the Strader's. For those who do not have directions, I will have them by the May 13th meeting.

Teams have been divided. Squad leaders were found for each team.

Website developed for team communication. Website will grow as time permits.
